Priyanka Chopra proved once again that she will always be a desi girl at heart after she showed off a hack to get through the Golden Globe Awards in style.

The actress, who was a presenter at the awards show, won hearts on social media after a candid pre-award moment caught the attention of her Indian fans. In a BTS clip, the actress was seen getting ready for the big show. While hubby Nick Jonas opted for a double-breasted suit, PeeCee rocked a stunning blue and black Dior gown. After getting her dress, hair and make-up done, the actress embraced her very 'desi' habit to get through the day with that flawless look.

Speaking to the camera, she said , "My eyes will no stop watering." She then dug into the top of her gown and fishing out a tissue she said, "But iI think it's going to be good. Have my trusted tissue. 'Humaare daadiyon ne achha sikhaya hai (Our grandmothers taught us well.)"



Laughing at the hack, she then proceeded to her car.
