Madhavan, who played the role of the Intelligence Bureau Chief Ajay Bansal in the film, took to his social media to express joy over the massive response for the movie even on its second weekend. On Sunday, R Madhavan took to his Instagram account and shared a screen recording of a ticket booking app, which showcased housefull shows of 'Dhurandhar' in Mumbai. Along with the post, he wrote, "Just wanted to note the day that this happened. It’s the most awesome blessing to see a film of yours showing housefull boards throughout the country… ‼️‼️ Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence, and I wanted to punctuate it. #DHURANDHAR.”

Several stars, including Allu Arjun, Hrithik Roshan, Rohit Shetty, Sanjay Gupta, and more, expressed how good the movie is on their social media! Recently, Bhumi Pednekar also joined the bandwagon of actors who praised the film. In the comment section of Madhavan's post, she wrote, "Went for a 5 pm show, and it was packedddd." The post was full of comments echoing similar sentiments.

Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun. Naveen Kaushik and Danish Pandor have played pivotal roles in the Aditya Dhar-directed action-adventure.
As of now, according to the Sacnilk report, the film has earned over Rs 326 crore in India. Reportedly, the worldwide collection has crossed Rs 400 crore.
