‘Angrezi Medium’ fame
Radhika Madan recently flew down to Delhi. The actress was stuck in Mumbai since the lockdown and finally was able to come back to her hometown. And talking about her experience about flying amid the pandemic, the actress reportedly told a news portal that it was like a scene from an apocalyptic movie.
She came with complete precautions wearing masks, visors and gloves. The actress was initially wary of travelling, but was reassured when she looked at the safety measures adopted by the airports. From temperature checks to ensuring zero physical contact, every safety measure was in place. She added that IDs and boarding passes were shown by the travelers through a glass shield; in fact, there were glass barriers at baggage counters too.
Talking further about the measures taken by the airlines, the actress added that the staff helped the travelers in boarding and de-boarding sequentially, two rows at a time.
As a step towards extra cautiousness, Radhika avoided using the washrooms.
Though the actresses landed in Delhi on Wednesday, she is currently practicing the mandatory 14-day self-quarantine. Needless to say, she is looking forward to meeting her family.
