, Radhika had opened up about choosing ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’ as her debut film. She said, “What attracted me the most is Vasan sir, his thought process, and his craziness. What he puts in the script and what comes out on the screen are two different things. I couldn’t imagine that on my entry scene, Nakhre Wali is playing in the background and I am fighting the goons. I was always skeptical as to what are we making. I had never read such a script in my entire life. Vasan sir is the only one I trusted because amidst all his insaneness, he sounded sane to me. Our insanities matched or what I don’t know but that is what attracted me to the movie.”

Reuniting with him for her short film on OTT, Radhika Madan had touted Vasan Bala as the primary reason to be a part of the project.
