The video posted by the handle showed a version of Radhikka with seemingly lifted eyebrows and a more V-shaped face than usual. The caption sarcastically stated, “Radhikka Madan really took notes from Mouni Roy—new face, new vibe.” This comment mocked the actress, drawing a comparison to Mouni Roy. Mouni had recently spoken out against online trolling, saying, “If you hide behind a screen to troll others and if you find happiness in that, so be it.”

Responding with her usual sense of humour, Radhikka wrote, "Bas itne hi eyebrows upar kare hai AI use karke? Aur karlo yaar... ye toh fir bhi natural lag raha hai ��" (Is that all you've done to my eyebrows using AI? Do more—this still looks natural). In a cheeky reply, the handle responded, “@radhikkamadan Tumhare career graph ke hisaab se lift kiya hai ����” (I lifted them in line with your career graph).

The account behind the post has reportedly been sharing digitally altered images and videos of various celebrities, including Shraddha Kapoor, Uorfi Javed, Divyanka Tripathi, Hina Khan, Karan Johar, Mouni Roy, and Ananya Panday. While many viewers are aware that the images have been manipulated, a significant portion of the audience remains unaware, as the captions do not mention that the content is edited.
