’. Directed by Namrata Singh Gujral, the movie ascertains every stereotype we have ever watched in romantic and wedding-oriented movies. The story is about an Indian-origin American journalist (played by Nargis) who comes to India for an assignment. She gets caught in the drama of Punjabi weddings and stumbles upon the other side of India where poor people are suffering. She falls in love with the country and the cop (played by Rajkummar) who takes her around. The movie looks into cultural clashes, lost love and the transgender community. Set in India and America, the movie also stars Bo Derek, Candy Clark, Anneliese Van der Pol and Suvinder Vicky. The movie is slated for an August 24 release.

Nargis will be seen onscreen after a gap of two years. She was last seen opposite Riteish Deshmukh in ‘Banjo’ in 2016. Rajkummar Rao will soon be seen in ‘Fanne Khan’ alongside actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor.
