Rakul Preet Singh celebrated her first Kajari Teej on Monday with her mother-in-law. The 'Indian 2' actor shared a few moments from the celebration on social media. Dressed in a beautiful red salwar kameez, she posed alongside her husband, Jackky Bhagnani, and her mother-in-law.'Doctor G' actress shared her experience with her InstaFam, Rakul wrote: "Happpy Teej to all of you celebrating .. this was my first time celebrating with my MIL @pujabhagnani and what a lovely experience .. slide to see the waiting for moon face the wait is real."The duo lived as neighbours for years but never actually met. It was during the COVID-19 lockdown that they started talking more often, gradually building a close bond that soon turned into a romantic relationship.After dating for a while, Rakul and Jackky tied the knot on February 21, 2024, in a beautiful wedding ceremony held in Goa.Talking about the cinematic front, Rakul is set to reprise her role as Ayesha Khurana in the much-anticipated sequel 'De De Pyaar De 2'. Ajay Devgn will return as Ashish Mehra, while R. Madhavan joins the cast as Dev Khurana, Ayesha’s father. Directed by Anshul Sharma, the film will also feature Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Alok Nath, and Inayat Sood in important roles, with Tamannaah Bhatia and Prakash Raj making cameo appearances. The movie is slated for release on November 14, 2025.
