The 'Pushpa' franchise, a Telugu-language action drama series created by Sukumar, features Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles.

The first film, 'Pushpa: The Rise', released in 2021, followed the story of Pushpa Raj, a daily wage laborer who climbs the ranks of a red sandalwood smuggling syndicate in the 1990s. With big dreams and relentless drive, Pushpa’s journey from the bottom to the top struck a chord with audiences and became the highest-grossing Indian film of 2021.
