Actress Rashmika Mandanna is opening up about the simple yet powerful habits that keep her grounded despite the whirlwind life of a pan-India star. Speaking to IANS, she shared how family, friends, and her close-knit team provide her with both emotional support and honest grounding , while her fans continue to remind her of her purpose.
Finding balance amid fame and chaos
With multiple projects, constant travel, and the glare of the spotlight, Rashmika says she consciously works to maintain a sense of calm and clarity. “It’s the people that surround me. My family, my friends, and my team provide me with utmost support, but they also help me stay grounded,” she said. “Of course, my fans, who remind me why I do what I do and help me push through to give my best.”The power of pausing and journaling
Rashmika revealed that she often reminds herself to hit the pause button and check in with her inner world. “That’s where journaling really helps. No matter what’s happening around me, I try to stay connected to what’s happening within me.,” she shared. For her, writing is more than a hobby, it’s a mindful practice that keeps her connected to her truth.Rashmika encourages others to embrace the habit of recording their thoughts, emphasising the importance of kindness toward oneself.
Upcoming films on the horizon
On the professional front, Rashmika will soon be seen in the Telugu romantic drama 'The Girlfriend'. Following this, she will star in 'Thama', which is a supernatural drama directed by Aditya Sarpotdar of 'Muniya' fame.
