Rekha’s warm gesture on meeting Nita Ambani highlights her pure heart

Veteran actress Rekha and her warm, sweet gestures have always melted hearts. Despite being one of the industry's most loved and popular stars, she never fails to win everyone with her humility. At a recent event, once again she caught everyone's attention when she crossed paths with Nita Ambani.

The two greeted each other warmly and chatted intimately. During their conversation, they held each other’s hands affectionately. Rekha gave her undivided attention to Nita during their meeting, even when they were joined by others. Seeing the actress be so adequate and warm in her conduct won everyone over.

At the same event, while addressing the paps Nita Ambani revealed she and Rekha went to the same school.

One may then think that this recent meeting at the event was nothing short of a reunion for schoolmates.

Meanwhile, this is not the sole incident of Rekha’s sweet gesture. Months ago, at the premiere of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Baazar, Rekha met Richa Chadha. The ‘Fukrey’ fame actress was pregnant then, and Rekha kissed her baby bump and hailed Richa for her stellar performance.

Speaking about the same, Richa told Hindustan Times, “Receiving praise and love from someone as revered as Rekha ji is a moment I will cherish forever. I couldn't have asked for bigger validation; my heart is full. There's a song in the series, which is my solo mujra. For that I referenced her song from Umrao Jaan, Ye Kya Jagah Hai Doston. She has been my inspiration, my hero and she’s the definition of what an icon is."
