RGV, Anurag Kashyap, Pooja Bhatt to clash on May 27

Box-office clashes are made out to look like wars and in that case, Bollywood is gearing up for a big fight in the days to come. Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming film 'Veerappan' will share its release date with Anurag Kashyap's 'Raman Raghav 2.0'. But that's not all. It turns out that Pooja Bhatt, too, has zeroed in on the same date for her upcoming film 'Cabaret'. May 27 will clealry be a heavy day at the ticket window

It may be recalled that Ramu and Kashyap have a huge history behind them. Kashyap, in fact, had started his career with the former way back in 1998. Over the years, the two have drifted apart. Their last face-off on social media after the release of Bombay Velvet made the animosity even more bitter.

Naturally, the joint release will cut down on the film's individual businesses but this time around it will be an ego war. For each of them, a lot is at stake and no one like losing in this business.
