has already won him a fan. It seems that when filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma dropped by on the sets of this romantic-crime thriller, he was blown with Ronit's get up of kohl-lined eyes and pathani suit.


A source says, 'When RGV visited the set because he wanted to sign Ronit for

Sarkar 3

, he saw Ronit's get up as Mansoor Ali and he immediately felt that Ronit would fit the bill for a role in his next directorial venture that has Amitabh Bachchan heading the cast.' Director of 'Dongri Ka Raja' Hadi Ali who was present when RGV came on his set is also happy. He says, 'RGV has made some remarkable films about the underworld like Satya, Company and Sarkar. Just the fact that he felt that Ronit had got his get-up and role right in my film is a compliment. It definitely says that we got our characterisation correct. I would like to give complete credit to Ronit who got the nuances so correctly that we even completed our shooting in record time.' Besides Ronit Roy, the film also stars Gashmeer Mahajani, Reecha Sinha, Sacheen Suvarna, Ashwini Kalsekar and Ashmit Patel.
