The third season of 'Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives' also featured Ranbir Kapoor’s sister, Riddhima Sahni, who stays in Delhi, where she revealed her crush on actor Sanjay Kapoor, who is married to Maheep Kapoor.
In one episode, Riddhima told Maheep, “Growing up, I had the hugest crush on Sanjay.” This left their co-star, Neelam Kothari, shocked. “I am telling you, my first crush! I was this high, and I used to call him uncle back then. What do I call him now?” Riddhima added.
In a candid moment, Maheep Kapoor playfully warned Riddhima not to call her "aunty," humorously threatening to "beat the sh*t out of" her. Turning to the camera, Maheep complimented Riddhima’s choice in men, calling it "cute and sweet" and acknowledging her good taste.
In another episode, Maheep shared with actor Chunky Panday that Riddhima had a crush on Sanjay when she was a kid. He then told Riddhima, “I had a crush on your mom, you know that? I was crazy about your mother.”
Riddhima described how she was very young (“chotu”) at the time and emphasized that it’s all in the past now. Chunky Panday humorously compared a young Sanjay to Patrick Swayze. When Riddhima asked how Sanjay looks now, she jokingly replied, “He is whatever he is now.”
At the same time, Sanjay revealed that Neetu Kapoor had once whispered to him about Riddhima’s crush. Joining the conversation, Riddhima’s husband, Bharat Sahni, expressed surprise, saying he was unaware of it. Riddhima lightheartedly added that she used to blush and hide behind the sofa whenever Sanjay was around.
Bharat added, “Luckily, as she grows older, her taste keeps getting better and better.” Riddhima responded, “Uncle ji has aged well.”
Sanjay Kapoor shared with the camera that only Neetu Kapoor knew about Riddhima’s childhood crush on him. He joked that Rishi Kapoor (referred to as "Chintu") would have been furious if he’d known. Sanjay clarified that the crush was entirely one-sided, coming only from Riddhima’s side. Riddhima Sahni married Bharat Sahni.
