Sai Lokur: I was clueless about my lines during the initial shooting days with Kapil

Appearing on Comedy Nights With Kapil might be a dream come true for many but actress Sai Lokur has gone a step ahead by making her Hindi film debut with the man behind the show, Kapil Sharma.
Sai, who has been a part of Marathi films like Jarab, No Entry.. Pudhe Dhoka Aahey, Parambi and Platform, will play the role of one of Kapil’s wife in Abbas-Mustan’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, Kapil’s debut film too. Speaking about landing the role, Sai said, “I met Abbas-Mustan through a common friend and was lucky to have met them at the time when they were casting for this film.They liked me and offered me the role.”

The actress, whose last release was Marathi film Mee Ani U (2013) opposite Bhushan Pradhan, seems completely bowled over by Kapil. “Kapil is as good a comic offscreen as onscreen. He is so spontaneous that initially during the shooting I used to get clueless about my lines. With every take, he would implement something new and it was great experience working with the team,” informed Sai. Sai has received more Hindi projects but she is taking time to consider them. “Everything depends on my debut and I am concentrating on that right now,” she signed off.
