Saiyami Kher reveals shocking casting couch incident involving female Telugu agent

In an interview with Bollywood Bubbles, Saiyami Kher revealed that she has been fortunate with the offers she has received but recalled one incident early in her career when an agent told her she would have to make compromises. This experience, coming from one woman to another, left a deep impact on her.

Saiyami’s Response to the Agent

The actress explained that she repeatedly told the agent she didn’t understand what was being implied. When the agent insisted that she needed to understand, Saiyami responded by saying she was sorry the agent thought she needed to take that route, emphasizing that there are certain limits she has never crossed. She confirmed that this was the only time a woman asked her to make such compromises.

On the work front, Saiyami Kher was last seen in an action-drama 'Jaat', where she plays the role of SI Vijaya Lakshmi. The film was released on April 10, 2025, and features a strong ensemble cast including Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda. Prior to this, she appeared in 2023 'Ghoomer' and '8 A.M. Metro'.
