Film producer Sajid Nadiadwala's production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has bought a 7470 square feet plot at Juhu Gaothan for Rs 31.3 crore. The deal was struck with Portion Trading Company and Nadiadwala's production house on April 6.
Nadiadwala's production house paid Rs 1.87 crore stamp duty for the purchase as well. According to documents released by a website, the transaction has fetched a rate of ₹41,900 per square foot.
Sajid Nadiadwala’s banner has produced hits like ‘Baaghi’, ‘Baaghi 2’, ‘Heropanti’, ‘Kick’, ‘Judwaa’. Many of his recent films like Housefull, Judwa, Baaghi and Heropanti have gone into sequels.
Nadiadwala family has been in the film industry since 1955 and has produced over 200 films
Sajid Nadiadwala's upcoming film, ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ features Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani in the lead. Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Bawaal’ starring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead is slated to release later this year, as well.
