Salman Khan brought star power to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on Sunday. Accompanied by his sister, Arpita Khan, the Bollywood superstar made a grand entrance at Shinde's Mumbai residence, adding a touch of glamour to the festive pandal.

Honourable CM shared a series of pictures on his Instagram, capturing Salman and Arpita's visit to his residence for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. Salman looked dapper in a blue shirt and matching denim as he respectfully folded his hands before the idol.

In another photo, Shinde presented Salman with a bouquet and a vibrant scarf, extending the same warm gesture to Arpita.



Earlier this week, Salman embraced the festive spirit by welcoming Lord Ganesha into his home for Ganesh Chaturthi. On Monday, he shared a heartwarming video on Instagram, capturing the Ganesh Visarjan ceremony as his family came together to bid an emotional farewell to Bappa.




In the video, Khan was seen joyfully dancing with his family during the Visarjan, fully soaking in the festive moment. He performed the final aarti and whispered prayers into Lord Ganesha's ears, a heartfelt tradition cherished by many devotees during the farewell ceremony.



Arpita and husband Aayush Sharma were also spotted in the video, dancing energetically with their kids. The festivities saw the whole family join in, including Sohail Khan's sons Nirvaan and Yohan, Arbaaz Khan's son Arhaan, Alvira Agnihotri, her daughter Alizeh, and son Ayaan, all celebrating with full enthusiasm during the Visarjan.
