Bollywood superstar, Salman Khan kicked off his 60th birthday celebrations at his Panvel farmhouse, but fans who gathered outside his Bandra home, were in for a special surprise.

Videos going viral online, saw one of Mumbai’s most iconic landmarks, the Bandra-Worli sea link, light up for the big day with a special message display. The structure featured images of Salman's famous characters while a birthday message lit up the bridge that read, 'Happy birthday Bhai.'
The visuals caught the attention of fans, commuters and passersby, who took to their social media handles to share videos and photographs of the illuminated sea link. Fans posted the visuals with the track 'Bhai ka birthday', the song from the film 'Antim'.

Meanwhile in Panvel, the celebrations were on in full swing, with Salman ringing in his birthday earlier with members of the media, and later with his family and friends. An emotional highlight from the bash saw Salman’s brother Sohail helping their father, Salim stand beside the birthday boy as he held his hand and cut the large cake.

Several prominent celebrities attended the celebration, including Tabu, former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni, his wife Sakshi, and their daughter Ziva. Brother Arbaaz Khan arrived with wife Sshura Khan, while nephews Arhaan Khan and Nirvaan Khan were also spotted. Sister Arpita Khan attended the bash along with her husband, Aayush Sharma. Also seen taking her place with the family was Salman's rumoured lady love Iulia Vantur.
On the work front
Meanwhile, Salman is preparing for his next major project, the war drama ‘Battle of Galwan’. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film based on true event, is gearing up for its release in 2026.
