After hearing to pleas on Thursday, an order has been passed by the CJM Rural Court against
Salman Khan who was accused of misleading the court during the blackbuck poaching case is now all set to be heard on November 29, as reported by DNA.
During the blackbuck poaching case, Salman had submitted an application in the court seeking exemption from personal appearance due to severe pain the ear but was spotted shooting for '
Bajrangi Bhaijaan' and therefore a forest officer has filed a case against him for misleading the court.
If the 'Race 3' actor is convicted then he could face imprisonment of maximum seven years.
The Jodhpur court had found Salman guilty in the under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and was sentenced to five years in jail along with a fine of Rs 10,000 but was later released from imprisonment after being granted bail by a District and Sessions court.
