Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor attend the screening of daughter Shanaya Kapoor’s debut film 'Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan'

The special screening of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, starring Shanaya Kapoor and Vikrant Massey, was held on Wednesday (July 9) just days ahead of the film’s official release on July 11. The event attracted numerous celebrities, with the spotlight firmly on Shanaya’s parents, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, who attended to show their support as she makes her Bollywood debut.

Stylish Appearances by the Kapoor Family
Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, joined by their son Jahaan, made a stylish appearance at the screening, standing by Shanaya as she embarks on her cinematic journey. The actor stood out in an elegant off-white checkered blazer, paired with a simple white or light-coloured T-shirt, and accessorised with bold sunglasses that added a refined touch to his ensemble.



Meanwhile, Maheep chose a chic dark brown belted dress with short sleeves, maintaining a look that was both simple and sophisticated. She completed her outfit with a crossbody bag and softly styled hair. Jahaan opted for a casual aesthetic, sporting a navy blue jacket layered over a white T-shirt with matching trousers. Shanaya turned heads in a stunning white one-shoulder bodycon dress, featuring a sleek draped design and an asymmetrical neckline that lent a glamorous flair.

The premiere was attended by several well-known personalities, including Sheetal Thakur, wife of Vikrant Massey, along with Chunky Panday and his wife Bhavana Panday. Also present were Khushi Kapoor, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Arbaaz Khan accompanied by his wife Sshura Khan, and Abhimanyu and Avantika Dassani, children of actress Bhagyashree.

About the Film
Directed by Santosh Singh, Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan tells the story of a blind musician and a theatre actress. When their paths cross by chance, their lives are transformed through love, healing, and self-discovery. The film is set to release in cinemas on July 11.
