On March 9, Satish Kaushik passed away at the age of 66. Anupam Kher informed CNN-News18 that Satish suffered a heart attack on his way to the hospital in Delhi. He worked in films like 'Tere Naam', starring Salman Khan, the Anil Kapoor-Sridevi starrer 'Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja', 'Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron', 'Mr. India', 'Saajan Chale Sasural', and most recently, 'Sharmaji Namkeen', 'Thar', and 'Chhatriwali'.

Nitesh Pandey, who is best known for his role in 'Om Shanti Om', passed away in Nashik at the age of 50 following a heart attack. Nitesh secured his debut acting role in the show 'Tejas' in 1995. His notable contributions include work in serials like 'Manzilein Apani Apani', 'Astitva Ek Prem Kahani', 'Durgesh Nandini', and more. He also appeared in the movie 'Khosla Ka Ghosla'.

Famous actor Javed Khan Amrohi passed away due to lung failure at a hospital in Mumbai. He is known for his roles in films like 'Lagaan', 'Andaz Apna Apna', and 'Chak De India'. Filmmaker Ramesh Talwar told PTI, “He passed away at the hospital around 1 p.m. as both his lungs failed.” Javed Khan Amrohi last appeared in 'Sadak 2'.

On December 7, 2023, Junior Mehmood passed away at the age of 67 due to cancer at his residence in Mumbai. With an illustrious career spanning 265 movies in seven different languages, he also launched into production and direction, contributing to six Marathi films. His notable roles include 'Brahmachari', 'Kati Patang', 'Hare Raama Hare Krishna', 'Geet Gaata Chal', and others.

Fans were overwhelmed by the sudden demise of Matthew Perry. The actor celebrated for his iconic role as Chandler Bing in the TV sitcom 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S.', passed away at the age of 54 on October 28. His body was discovered in his jacuzzi at a residence in Los Angeles. The actor had struggled for decades with addiction to drugs, including ketamine, and related serious health issues, but had reportedly been clean for 19 months before his passing.

Andre Braugher is best known for his award-winning performances in 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' and 'Homicide: Life on the Street. The actor passed away on December 11 at the age of 66. Reportedly, André Braugher died after suffering from a brief illness. Andre Braugher was also featured in 'Glory', 'Kojak', 'Hack', and 'House MD'.
