Saurabh Shukla on his 'King' co-star Shah Rukh Khan: Says he’s a very good businessman and attentive father

Veteran actor Saurabh Shukla recently opened up about his experience working with Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming film King. In a recent chat he described SRK as a sharp businessman who built his empire through hard work and smart decisions.Saurabh also spoke warmly about how Shah Rukh behaves as a father on the sets, especially with his daughter Suhana.Saurabh Shukla reflected on his long association with Shah Rukh. He said in a chat with Siddharth Kannan, “I worked with him in 'Baadshah.' He was a rising star then. At that time, I didn’t meet him much; we interacted only briefly. Over the years, I have met Shah Rukh at different times in different ways. Shah Rukh is definitely a very good businessman; his business sense is excellent. Otherwise, it is not possible to create such an empire and hold it single-handedly. Of course, now there is an army of people, but he has created that army himself. He has great support from his family; all of that is there." He noted that SRK’s success comes from his clear vision and strong family backing.Saurabh highlighted one quality he really admires in Shah Rukh. He said, “If Shah Rukh is talking to you, you will feel that you are the most important person because he will be 100% present with you and will talk to you. That is rare. I really envy him; that quality is something I don’t have. When I talk, some people like what I say, but I end up talking mostly about myself, what I think, and what I feel. But Shah Rukh listens to your views as well, and that is what SRK is for you." This ability to make others feel valued, according to Saurabh, sets SRK apart.While shooting for 'King,' Saurabh observed Shah Rukh’s behavior as a father. He described him as a “wise father” who balances his superstar status with genuine care for Suhana.Saurabh and Shah Rukh are teaming up again after their cult classic 'Baadshah.' Saurabh said working with SRK is a dream for many actors. He remarked in an earlier interview with IANS, “It’s there, and everybody loves Shah Rukh. One call from his office, or if he calls personally, you will give your right arm to work with him. " The duo had also collaborated earlier in 'Hey Ram' and 'Baadshah.'
