Brahmastra has been posting promising box office numbers from India and abroad. It's been enough to give hope to film industry faithfuls that the tide could turn for Indian films, as audiences get back into the habit of watching films in theatres. According to trusted sources Brahmastra could earn more than $9 million at the overseas box office on its opening weekend. That would mean it's going to replicate the success of such hits like Padmaavat and Dangal.
