Shaadi Ke Side Effects: Farhan Akhtar enjoys a bike ride

Farhan Akhtar has an exciting year ahead of him. Not only is he playing the iconic Milkha Singh in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, for the first time, the actor has been paired with Vidya Balan in Shaadi Ke Side Effects, the sequel to the 2006 romantic comedy Pyaar Ke Side Effects starring Rahul Bose and Mallika Sherawat in the lead.
TOI lensman Raju Shelar caught Farhan in action during the film’s shoot at Carter Road in Bandra yesterday.Sporting casual chic: jeans, white t-shirt and a white helmet, the actor looked very much at home riding a bike. At one point, he had to stop at the nearest signal and then ride on. The filming started around mid-day and continued till about 5 in the evening. A crowd had gathered to see him. Once or twice, policemen stopped by to check if the unit members had the necessary permissions to shoot in the area.
