Shaan remembers KK on his first death anniversary
It has been exactly a year since the talented and versatile singer KK left us for his heavenly abode. Remembering him, singer Shaan, who has sung no less than 25 songs with KK tells how he is dealing with the untimely departure of the singer.
Shaan reveals that KK was like family to him, they had some of their best times recording and performing on stage and when the news of his death came he at first thought that someone was pulling a prank on him. But when he realized that KK had passed away, he was shattered. Shaan also added that KK was amongst the most disciplined people around, he wouldn't drink or smoke and was perfect at striking work-life balance. And that KK suffered a heart attack was simply unbelievable.
Shaan also highlighted that KK always liked to keep his personal life really guarded, he was not a social person and he wasn’t on WhatsApp or any other social media platform. In fact, he wouldn’t even take phone calls while vacationing. He wouldn’t attend parties, preferred meeting people one-on-one and having engaging chats. Post KK’s death Shaan also revealed that his family also insisted that he get an MRI done and thankfully everything was fine.
Some of the songs they’ve sung together are Dus Bahaane (Dus, 2005), Koi Kahe Kehta Rahe (Dil Chahta Hai, 2001) and It’s The Time To Disco (Kal Ho Naa Ho, 2003).
