’ director Rahul Dholakia took to his Twitter handle to express his discontent. He wrote, ‘Outrageous !!! You are saying there is a “possible” connection to his “international” racket based on “WhatsApp” chat recovered from his phone, that you confiscated on a “bust” where he “had nothing” ?And you have been fishing for days and yet not found anything? #FreeAryanKhan’

Last week, when the special court reserved the bail plea for October 20, the filmmaker had expressed his disappointment with a tweet that read, ‘I respect and support people doing their job, unfortunately this is not seeming to be about that. Disappointed with the decision of extending Aryan’s jail time. #AryanKhanBail’

The future course of action will reportedly be decided once the lawyers receive the court orders and understand the reason why the bail plea was rejected.



Aryan was arrested on October 2 by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after they busted an alleged ‘rave party’ on a Goa-bound cruise in Mumbai. Along with Aryan, they also arrested Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha and others. While they were first kept in

NCB

’s custody, they were soon sent into judicial custody.
