Shreya Ghoshal has invested in a premium property in Mumbai, purchasing an apartment in Worli along with her parents, Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal. The transaction, valued at Rs 29.70 crore, has been confirmed through property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.According to records from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) accessed by Square Yards, the apartment is located in the upscale project Godrej Trilogy in Worli. The home features a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft (225.76 sq m) and a total built-up area of 2,750.28 sq ft (255.51 sq m), along with three dedicated parking spaces.

The purchase involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.78 crore, while registration charges stood at Rs 30,000. As per the documents, the deal was officially registered on April 1, 2026.Over the years, Worli in central Mumbai has emerged as a prime destination for luxury real estate, joining the ranks of prominent neighbourhoods like South Mumbai, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, and Bandra. The area is now home to several high-end developments, many of which are priced at over Rs 1 lakh per sq ft.Shreya Ghoshal, one of India’s most celebrated playback singers, was born to Biswajit Ghoshal, an electrical engineer, and Shamishtha Ghoshal, who holds a postgraduate degree in literature.
She rose to fame after winning the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and made her Bollywood debut with Devdas, earning widespread acclaim for songs like ‘Bairi Piya.’ Lately, Shreya has been in the news for her viral video with Ranveer Singh as they grooved to her song 'Lattoo' from Ghajini and the internet cannot stop gushing over it. The singer is currently also a judge on the latest season of 'Indian Idol'.
