She highlighted the importance of addressing this imbalance to bring about meaningful change.

Reflecting on her early career experiences, Shweta recounted her willingness to compromise on the size of her vanity van. However, she soon realized that accepting smaller accommodations compared to her male counterparts could set a detrimental precedent.
