In the stillness of the night or the bustling chaos of travel, Siddhant Chaturvedi finds solace in the act of writing. Each word penned is a reflection of his innermost thoughts. While talking to ETimes exclusively, the ‘Gehraiyaan’ star expresses how he simply loves to embrace the beauty stored in every written word.

For Siddhant, poetry isn't confined to a schedule; it's a spontaneous act. He shares, “ When I am traveling, I like to write on the flight. I write at night when the whole world is sleeping. I enjoy the silence. That’s when thoughts come to me and that's when I think about life. There is no particular time or schedule I follow. Writing is almost meditative for me."

Further, when it comes to the medium, Chaturvedi's heart lies in timeless handwritten notes. “I love the pen and paper obviously, but at times when you are traveling, you don't have it handy, so I do note it down in my phone. Eventually, I transfer it all to my diary,” expresses the ‘Gully Boy’ star.

“I love the feeling, you know that old-school feeling of sitting under a lamp and writing on a piece of paper with your ink pen. I put down whatever thoughts come and it's very spontaneous,” concludes the actor expressing his admiration for poetry.
