Latest celebrity to be embroiled in a legal case is Sonakshi Sinha, who is facing a fraud complaint. Sonakshi Sinha slammed with a fraud case
Sonakshi Sinha is facing a fraud complaint, wherein she has been reportedly accused of not attending an event in Delhi for which she had charged Rs 37 lakh. A non bailable warrant has been reportedly issued against Sonakshi. A fraud complaint was filed in Moradabad after Sonakshi didn’t turn up for the event and her manager allegedly refused to return the money to the organizer. Previously, the ‘Dabangg’ actress had filed her statement at the police station in Moradabad but due to her continuous absence thereafter, a warrant was issued against her.
Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi questioned in money laundering case
Bollywood actresses Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi have been questioned numerous times by the Enforcement Directorate on connection to a 200-crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The conman had alleged given several expensive gifts to Jacqueline and Nora. Both the actresses have filed their statements in the matter.
Salman Khan embroiled in a legal battle with Panvel farmhouse neighbour
Salman Khan slammed his Panvel farmhouse neighbour with a defamation suit recently, after the latter made some shocking allegations against the actor. Salman Khan and his neighbour Ketan Kakkad have locked horns over a property dispute. Kakkad has reportedly claimed that Salman Khan has blocked access to his plot which is situated beside Arpita Farms. However, the ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ actor’s lawyer has denied the same.
Sonu Sood facing an FIR in Punjab
Recently, Sonu Sood was booked by the Moga police after an FIR was filed against him. It was alleged that the Bollywood actor was campaigning for his sister at Landeke village in Moga on polling day. The actor has been booked under Section 188 (disobedience to the order duly promulgated by the public servant) of IPC at Moga City police station. On his part, Sonu explained that he was only trying to ensure fair elections at the polling booth.
