Soni Razdan celebrates granddaughter Raha Kapoor’s 2nd birthday with heartfelt post and UNSEEN pic with Alia Bhatt

"No feeling in the world beats being your grandma," said veteran actress Soni Razdan as she penned a heartfelt note to wish her granddaughter Raha Kapoor on her second birthday.

Taking to the 'Gram, Soni treated fans to an unseen photo of her darling granddaughter cuddling with Alia Bhatt. Proud of her candid pic, Soni added in her caption that she was glad for the privilege "of capturing precious moments like these for posterity."


The photo shared saw Raha holding on to her mum as they looked at some monkeys that sat on their hotel room windowsill. "A part of me wishes that you never grow up... Yet I am delighted to see you do just that," she said and concluded her post saying, "Happy 2nd Birthday to our darling Raha, We love you sooooo much."



The picture appears to be from Alia's recent trip to Kashmir, where she was shooting for her film projects. The actress was recently in the valley to shoot portions of her new spy film 'Alpha' that will see her play the first female spy in the YRF franchise.


Rumours are rife that she will be joined on-screen by Hrithik Roshan, who will star in the upcoming 'War 2' alongside Jr NTR. The extended spy universe also features Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' and Salman Khan's 'Tiger'.

Meanwhile, dad Ranbir Kapoor recently flew back home in time to be a part of the Diwali celebrations and his daughter's birthday. The hunk was reportedly out for some work commitments for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film 'Love and War' which will also star Alia and Vicky Kaushal.
