Soundarya Sharma: It's great to be back in India, was a tough time in LA

Soundarya Sharma was in

Los Angeles

for almost seven months - as she was there to complete her acting classes from the

Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute

and the

New York Film Academy

. The

actress

spent a major part of the year there owing to the

lockdown

and the restrictions that came with it, including the flight cancellations in India.

Soundarya had been waiting to come back and she’s finally got home to India in what is called a

bio-secure bubble flight

. She also tested negative for

COVID-19

and has been in home quarantine as per the safety protocol. Speaking about her experience over these months, she recalls , “It was a tough time in LA. I was away from my family during such a challenging time. But I made some amazing friends and have got some fond memories of my stay as well. I did my best to keep myself busy and was engaged in various activities there.”

’ girl, “It's great to be back to India and I can't wait to start work again; currently I am in home quarantine and would start working soon.”
She’s also got a few projects coming up and says she can’t wait to start on them.
