In a recent podcast on the YouTube channel Shaardulogy, film critic Rajeev Masand shared an intriguing anecdote about Shahid’s early career.


Rajeev Masand revealed that Shahid's first-ever interview with him had to be re-recorded, highlighting the actor's pursuit of perfection even at the start of his career.

According to Rajeev Masand, Shahid was very particular about how he came across in the interview.

After their initial 30-35-minute session, Shahid requested to watch the footage. Upon reviewing it, he expressed dissatisfaction with his performance and asked if they could redo the entire interview.

Rajeev Masand noted Shahid’s drive for excellence and his commitment to improving his presentation, stating, "He sat and watched it and said he doesn't like the way he was sounding. And we did it all over again."

On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor's latest project was the film ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Ulijha Jiya’, which featured him alongside Kriti Sanon. In the movie, Shahid plays a robotics engineer who falls in love with an extraordinarily beautiful female robot portrayed by Kriti. The film explores the unconventional romance between a human and a robot, showcasing Shahid’s versatility in tackling diverse roles.
