The energy was electric, and fans were celebrating the movie's success like a festival. Many were heard chanting and shouting, 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai', capturing the emotional high that the story delivered.




The excitement grew even more when Sunny Deol made a surprise appearance at Gaiety Galaxy cinema in Mumbai. He didn’t come alone. Co-star Ahan Shetty also joined him, and their arrival instantly drew a massive crowd. Fans gathered around, screaming and applauding as the actors greeted them.

‘Border 2’ crosses Rs 150 crore

The film’s box office numbers match the public frenzy. According to Sacnilk, Border 2 has earned Rs 173.17 crore within the four days of release, proving its strong appeal across different audiences.

The film is directed by Anurag Singh. Sunny Deol returns as Lt. Col. Fateh Singh Kaler, along with Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, and Ahan Shetty in major roles. Supporting actors include Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Anya Singh, and Medha Rana in important roles.

In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Anurag revealed how challenging it was to shoot on a massive scale without relying on shortcuts. He said, “The scale is so big. There are about 300 to 400 crew members on set at any given time. We were shooting on real locations, not green screens. We filmed in Dehradun and Jhansi, dealing with extreme cold in some schedules and harsh summer heat in others," he said.
