Bombay High Court

has reserved its order in the application filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters to quash an FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty. According to ANI, the HC has given all parties a week to file their submissions. ANI tweeted, “Bombay High Court reserve the order on an application filed by his sisters seeking quashing of FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty, alleging their involvement in his death. Court also asked all the parties to file their written submissions within a week.”

Rhea Chakraborty had reportedly claimed that Sushant’s sisters Priyanka and

Meetu Singh

had prescribed drugs to the late actor without consultation and also alleged them of forgery and preparing a "fake" prescription of medicines for anxiety for the 34-year-old actor.

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence. The late actor’s untimely demise is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation. The probe into his demise had also led to a parallel investigation into substance abuse, leading to the arrest of Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik. The siblings were later release on bail and were recently snapped house hunting in Mumbai.
