Sushmita Sen’s daughter Renee Sen had the sweetest birthday message for her mother. Taking to her Instagram handle Renee shared an adorable picture of Sushmita with her arms wide open. What grabbed everyone’s attention is the long emotional note she attached to the post. Sushmita who turned 47 today was quick to respond to her daughter’s post. The versatile actress commented, "I love you Shona Maa!!! It’s Always been my privilege!!! I thank God for you both!!!"
"Happpyyyy birthday to my lifeline. As you enter the best phase of your life, I just wanted to say thank you... For the unversed, Sushmita adopted Renee in 2000 and her younger daughter Alisah Sen in 2010.
Earlier in the day, the ‘Aarya’ actress dropped a sun-kissed selfie in a blue outfit. She captioned the post, "47 finally!!! A number that has consistently followed me for 13 years now!!! The most incredible year is on its way… I’ve known it a long time… and I am thrilled to finally announce its arrival!!! I love you guys!!!"
Meanwhile, Sushmita will soon be seen in the role of transgender activist Gauri Sawant in the upcoming web series titled ‘Taali’.
