Taapsee Pannu buys a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Goregaon West for ₹4.33 crore

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, together with her sister Shagun Pannu, has bought a high-end apartment in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for Rs 4.33 crore, as per property registration details obtained from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) portal and verified by Square Yards.

Apartment Details and Transaction Information

The apartment is part of Imperial Heights, a premium ready-to-move residential development known for its luxury features and convenient location. According to the records, the unit has a carpet area of 1,390 sq. ft. (about 129 sq. m.) and a built-up area measuring 1,669 sq. ft. (155.02 sq. m.). The purchase includes two reserved parking spots. The sale was officially recorded in May 2025, with Taapsee and Shagun paying Rs 21.65 lakh in stamp duty along with Rs 30,000 in registration fees.
