Tanuj Virwani on dating Jennifer Winget: 'Confirming or denying this relationship would be a big disservice to my wife'

Tanuj Virwani recently made headlines while co-hosting the latest season of MTV Splitsvilla with Sunny Leone. As he guided contestants on matters of love, fans became curious about his own personal life, particularly his rumoured relationship with Jennifer Winget.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Tanuj addressed the rumours, clarifying, "We were just friends. People keep speculating. Me and Jennifer still talk to each other and we still have a cordial relationship.”

He went on to praise Jennifer, calling her “one of the best people I know” and expressing that people like her are rare. "By confirming or denying this relationship, I feel it would be a big disservice to my wife. I will always maintain that Jennifer is a very special part of my life,” he added.

Tanuj also reflected on how much Jennifer had impacted him, especially during their time working together on Code M. He shared, "She taught me that you must value what you have because you are not going to have everything all the time and if you don’t respect it, it will leave you. She has been a very good, positive influence on my life."




Despite his admiration for Jennifer, Tanuj revealed that his wife Tanya Jacob has not yet met her. "My wife and Jen don’t know each other. They have actually never met each other,” he said.


Tanuj and wife Tanya are expecting their first child. They made the announcement in July this year.

Jennifer Winget was previously married to Karan Singh Grover. The two parted ways in 2014, and Karan is now married to Bipasha Basu, with whom he shares a daughter named Devi.
