‘The Buckingham Murders’ X Reviews: Netizens hail the Hansal Mehta directorial as 'nearly perfect'; call it Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'best work yet'

Another moviegoer was fascinated by Kapoor’s choice of roles, as this is quite a departure from the characters she has played so far, “Kareena’s choice of roles is fantastic! From charming to fierce, she nails it all. Loved her in #TheBuckinghamMurders!”
A cinema lover praised the director and said, “Hansal Mehta’s direction in #TheBuckinghamMurders is on another level! The suspense gave me chills. The twist at the end is mind-blowing!! Guys, you have to watch this one!”
An X user spoke about Kareena’s talent of portraying emotions using her eyes. The note reads, “Kareena, the intensity in your eyes says it all, in #TheBuckinghamMurders, you’ve look one of your best in this movie!”
A fan of Kareena was spellbound watching ‘The Buckingham Murders’, and wrote, “Am just out of the movie and man I am speechless. The expressions, the screams she had due to the circumstances and frustrations was really hitting me and @mehtahansal sir kya hee bolun inko.”
A movie buff lauded the film and expressed that it is a good thriller, “#TheBuckinghamMurders is such a good investigating thriller! Loved watching the film. It was gripping and to the point. Kareena Kapoor absolutely nailed it like usual. 24 years and still got it!!! The talent and versatility is in her blood. Hansal Mehta has done it again!”
Another X user penned, “The Buckingham Murders Review: After Jaane Jaan Kareena just keeps on impressing us in her murder mystery roles. This movie will keep your questioning who is the killer, and the suspense will keep you at the edge of you seats. Loved this one.”
“This week, I chose my first screening based on the director and watched it because of Hansal Mehta but… KILLER LADYYYY KAREENA KILLED IT. This might be her career best performance. She slayed it. Hansal barely managed to be Hansal. #TheBuckinghamMurders #KareenaKapoor,” a social media user wrote.
Meanwhile, ETimes has rated the film 3.5 out of 5 and our review reads, “A de-glam Bebo weaponises her silence amid the chaos as she seeks closure in solving the case. She hasn’t done anything like this before and this is a welcome change. This may not be an edge-of-your-seat, hard-hitting crime thriller as you expect it to be, but its understanding and expression of grief, isolation and repressed anger is noteworthy. Also, you won't be able to guess the killer till the end. If that's what you are looking for, this film succeeds. You just wish the build up was more chilling and captivating."
