Bollywood actor
Hrithik Roshan enjoys a huge fan base and all thanks to his charm and talent. A childhood anecdote reveals how a young Hrithik Roshan once sent his family into panic mode, all while enjoying 'Superman vs Batman' in a locked room.
The day panic struck the Roshan home
Long before Hrithik Roshan became a Bollywood superstar, a childhood incident at the Roshan household gave his parents a massive scare. During a 2017 appearance on The
Kapil Sharma Show, filmmaker
Rakesh Roshan recalled the day he returned home only to find that little Hrithik was nowhere to be seen. Fresh back from school, Hrithik seemed to have vanished into thin air. “We checked every room at home, but he was nowhere. The bedroom was locked, and since we had the keys with us, we assumed he couldn’t be inside,” Rakesh revealed. Hours passed with no sign of him, leaving the family convinced something was wrong.
Police at the door, but Hrithik was at ease
After searching frantically for nearly three hours, the Roshans called the police. Officers rushed to their home as neighbors gathered, all worried for the young boy’s safety. And yet, unbeknownst to everyone, Hrithik was calmly sitting inside the locked bedroom, completely immersed in the animated film Superman vs Batman. Sharing his side of the story, Hrithik laughed, “The room was locked. I was lying inside comfortably watching the movie… and outside, the police were standing!” The episode, though nerve-wracking for his parents, later became a light-hearted family memory.
A quiet child with big dreams
While many expected stories of mischief, Rakesh Roshan described Hrithik as a “sober and quiet child.” Unlike other kids who often got into playful trouble, Hrithik’s idea of adventure was escaping into the world of superheroes. Years later, that same passion would shape his career, where he went from being the quiet Roshan boy to a leading man admired for his intensity and screen presence.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan was recently seen in 'War 2'.
