Earlier, Rajesh Vasani, an industry veteran told us, "I was at the venue and he had come to watch special screening of a Gujarati film and was in the lobby when it happened. He vomited there, and people around him took him to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital."

Last year, Tiku Talsania shared his experience working with the renowned filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, highlighting Bhatt's unique and often eccentric working style. Talsania, celebrated for his roles in iconic films from the '90s such as Andaz Apna Apna, Coolie No 1, and Jodi No 1, provided intriguing insights, in an interview with Pinkvilla.

His anecdotes reveal the spontaneity and creativity that characterize Bhatt's filmmaking approach. Talsania recalled a particularly memorable incident that exemplifies Bhatt's unconventional methods. During a shoot, Bhatt turned to Talsania and asked, “Tu bata camera kaha lagana hai?” (You tell me where to place the camera). Talsania was taken aback, admitting he didn’t have an answer. However, Bhatt insisted, leading Talsania to suggest a location. To his surprise, Bhatt confirmed, “Yahi toh lagana tha mujhe” (This is exactly where I wanted to place it).

Talsania further elaborated on Bhatt's propensity for last-minute changes. He described how the director often made spontaneous decisions that could alter the course of a film. In another anecdote, Talsania recounted how Bhatt cast him in a film on a whim. “Once he just called me to meet him casually, and as I was walking towards him, he looked at me and said, ‘You are doing this role.’ I was like, what role?” This illustrates Bhatt's instinctual approach to casting and storytelling, relying on gut feelings and immediate impressions.

Tiku was recently seen in Vaar Tahevaar, directed and written by Chinmay Purohit.
