The upcoming supernatural thriller 'Lupt', has been creating a lot of buzz for bringing together Jaaved Jaaferi and Vijay Raaz in all new avatars that are a change from their comical roles. The makers recently launched a promotional song ‘Bhoot Hoon Main’ that is a recreated version of the title track of
Ram Gopal Varma’s 'Bhoot'. Urmila Mantodkar who was a guest at the song only had the nicest things to say about the lead stars.
Matondkar said, “Two of my favourites Jaaved Jaaferi and Vijay Raaz are in the film. Jaaved Ji is a multi-facet actor. He is like a chameleon who changes himself according to the characters. What brings chills even before the Bhoot appears in the trailer is Vijay Raaz. His mere presence is electrifying. He has always taken us by awe and the combination of both of them with some fresh young talent would be a lovely brew to watch.”
The recreated track features model-actress Natasa Stankovic.
The film that also stars Karan Aanand, Niki Walia,
Meenakshi Dixit, Rishabh Chadda and
Rishina Kandhari
in pivotal roles, is slated to release in October.
