, who were brutally murdered on October 11 in 2011 outside a restaurant in Mumbai for trying to protect their female friends from a group of men passing dirty comments. While Keenan took the initiative and stood up Reuben too joined him but little did they know that the men who return back with weapons to kill them.

As per reports, Jitendra Rana, one of the prime accused of the double murder case was recently granted leave by the Bombay High Court and looks like this hasn't gone down well with Bollywood star Varun Dhawan. The actor took to Twitter to ask justice for Keenan and Reuben, who stood up to protect their female friends.

Taking to Twitter, the 'Kalank' star wrote, "This cannot be allowed this man has committed murder how can he be allowed out. I knew Reuben personally keenan and he deserve justice we cannot allow this #mumbai"


Meanwhile, on the professional front, Varun will soon be seen in Remo D'Souza's dance film 'Street Dancer' which also stars Shraddha Kapoor. Apart from that, he is also said to make a special appearance in Salman Khan's 'Bharat'.
