Vicky Kaushal begins Sam Bahadur shoot in Kashmir; Neeraj Kabi to play Jawaharlal Nehru

Vicky Kaushal who had earlier started prepping for Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur has begun shooting for the same. He will be seen sharing screen space with Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. Buzz is that actor Neeraj Kabi has also come onboard for this film.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, director Meghna Gulzar who has earlier worked with Neeraj Kabi in Talvar will be collaborating with him once again for this upcoming film.The report further revealed that Neeraj Kabi will be playing the role of Jawaharlal Nehru in the film. Both Meghna and Neeraj are happy to reunite for this film.

At present, Vicky along with the rest of the cast are currently shooting in Kashmir. They are in the last leg of that schedule, after which they will head to Delhi.
Back in April 2021, Vicky officially announced the film’s title. “The man. The legend. The brave heart. Our Samबहादुर… On the birth anniversary of Field Marshal #SamManekshaw, his story has found its name. #SamBahadur.”

Apart from Sam Bahadur,, Vicky Kaushal will next be seen in Shashank Khaitan’s untitled next with Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar.
