Vidya Balan's journey is a true inspiration says 'Parmanu' actor Ajay Shankar

The actor talks about his experience shooting 'Parmanu'
Actor Ajay Shankar who starred in the film '

Parmanu

', where he plays a space research scientist from ISRO named Puru Ranganathan, says he’s inspired by actress Vidya Balan's work. He says that Vidya, too, made it by herself in the industry without any influence and is a self-made star. Ajay Shankar who showed tremendous acting skills in this latest movie Pramanu, used to be awe struck seeing the Vidya Balan’s Building whenever he crossed by that street in Chembur. Talking about it, Ajay tells us, "I had first seen her at concert while she was already a popular face in the ad circuit. For a Chembur girl, without any Godfather in the industry she made it really big and that was a huge inspiration for me. I am a Tamil Brahmin like her and Madhavan and both their journeys are very inspiring for me. Its funny we even pray at the same temple where Vidya used to go - the Sharada Temple in Chembur."

About working with John Abhraham in 'Parmanu', Ajay says, "It was just amazing! John is an inspirational human being and hard working, nice actor. He is very humble and was very supporting during our shoot." About his future projects, Ajay says, "I am very excited for my next movie titled 'Acche Din Aane Waale Hain?' This is under pre-production and set to release soon. I plan to do a nice meaty/lead role in a film, which, God willing will come my way real soon."
