Virat was in the headlines over the weekend, when he was spotted signing autographs for the boy who looked like his 'mini-me'. Their uncanny resemblance soon won the heart of fans online, who then flooded social media handles with collages of their photos. Some even quipped that the cutie looks like he was Virat's son, Akaay.

Garvit Uttam on meeting Virat Kohli

The boy, identified as Garvit Uttam, has since gone viral and in his latest interview with a local news channel, recalled how Kohli acknowledged him during a public appearance. Speaking to the portal, Garvit said he admires Kohli for his “style aur aura.”
Recounting the their brief time together at the event, he shared, “I called out to him, and he looked my way and said, ‘Hai, hai… main thodi der main aata hu.’”According to the boy, Kohli later gave his stamp of approval, saying, “Rohit Sharma ne bola, waha mera duplicate baitha hain.” Garvit added with a smile that Kohli affectionately called him “Chota Cheeku.” The cute video posted on the cricketer's fan handle won the hearts of fans, who took to social media to refer to Garvit as “Chota Chiku,” and created fan profiles of the young lookalike.
