Junglee Pictures
have joined hands with American filmmaker
Chuck Russell to helm their next action thriller titled 'Junglee'. The film will feature Bollywood action star
Vidyut Jammwal in the lead.
The film is reportedly about a unique relationship between a man and elephants. Vidyut essays the role of a vet who, on his homecoming to his elephant reserve, encounters and fights an international poaching racket.
On the sidelines of the shoot, the makers have also been shooting a #BeJunglee series. In continuation of the last video, where Vidyut was seen doing pushups on glass bottles, this one has him effortlessly lifting weights. While putting his ripped physique on full display, the video sees him ditching the usual weights for two large tires that he seemed to lift with ease.
'Junglee', which is currently being shot in Thailand, will have a Dussehra release on October 19, 2018.
Junglee Pictures has two other films, an espionage thriller titled 'Raazi', starring
Alia Bhatt and
Vicky Kaushal that is set to release on May 11, 2018, and a coming-of-age film 'Badhaai Ho' starring
Ayushmann Khurrana that will roll out by the end of January 2018.
