'Yahi toh technique hai': Raghav Juyal says Aryan Khan behaves sanskari in front of mothers
Raghav Juyal, who is currently basking on the success of The Ba***ds of Bollywood, recently opened up about his bond with Aryan Khan. He also shared that the Khan lad charms mothers with his ‘sanskari’ behavior.
In conversation with Yuvaa’s YouTube channel, Raghav said, "He is amazing. He is very brave. He has this habit that if my mom visits, he will touch her feet. Ekdum acha bachcha ban jata hai toh moms say ‘iski tarah bano, dekho ise, kitna sansakri ladka hai’ (He turns into a well behaved guy so moms say ‘Be like him, look at him, he is so well mannered). I would tell him that you change in front of moms and he would say, ‘Yahi toh meri technique hai (That’s my technique). All of my friends’ mothers like me. They allow them to go out with me’.”
Talking about how he landed the role of in the series, Juyal added, "I was a bit skeptical during the first table read. I wasn’t sure. I told Aryan about it too because Parvaiz was the only character who wasn’t described in complete detail in the script."
When Raghav shared his doubts, Aryan invited him to his house and explained everything in detail. “He said, ‘Bhai, I have full faith in you, that’s why I chose you and I have full faith in myself. I love this character and this is my favourite character in the whole series and I bet this will be the one that works the best. We will make it work on set. I asked him, ‘Kar lu bharosa? (Shall I have faith?)’ I did that and he let me do whatever I wanted on set,” he recalled.
Raghav said that Aryan would often perform for the actors to show them what he wanted, but with him, it was different. “He is a very good actor so he would perform for everyone else on set. But for me, he wouldn’t do that. We used to just jam,” he said.
Ba***ds of Bollywood also starred Lakshya, Bobby Deol, Mona Singh, Anya Singh, Sahher Bambba and others. It also boasted of some special cameos by Bollywood superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
