Kareena Kapoor Khan to return to stage after two years for Miss India
Kareena Kapoor Khan who made a comeback on the big screen with the immensely successful film ‘Veere Di Wedding’ is all set to make win over her fans with her sizzling performance on the stage. Currently busy holidaying with Saif Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan in London, the gorgeous actress flew back to Mumbai for two days, as she will be coming back on the stage with a dance act for Miss India.
The event is expected to be held tomorrow and the actress has returned to the city to prep for the big show. Kareena has, reportedly, allotted only two days of rehearsals and she will be practicing for the performance with the in house choreographer. Since she has only little time left for the grand finale performance, Kareena has allotted 12 hours continuously for practice and will be rehearsing for the six hours tomorrow too before the act.
Reports in a daily also suggest that she will be performing on some of her popular chartbusters like ‘Mera Naam Mary Hai’ [Brothers], ‘Bhaage Re Mann’ [Chameli], ‘Mauja Hi Mauja’ [Jab We Met] among others. Her act will also include the latest hit ‘Tareefan’ from ‘Veere Di Wedding’.
Apart from Kareena, the event will see Madhuri Dixit Nene and Jacqueline Fernandez also show their amazing dance skills.

Kareena Kapoor Khan has opted out of Raj Kumar Gupta's upcoming film, Section 84, reports Mumbai Mirror. The report quoted the filmmaker confirming the development, "Yes, it's a mutual decision. Things didn't work out as planned." The film deals with Section 84 of the IPC which states, "Nothing is an offence which is done by a person who, at the time of doing it, by reason of unsoundness of mind, is incapable of knowing the nature of the act, or that he is doing what is wrong or contrary to law." Kareena's character was believed to be that of a schizophrenic who finds herself at the centre of a crime. In an interview to Mirror on February 3, 2015, Gupta had said, "Yes. Section 84 is an integral part of the film and Kareena is my protagonist. It's a character with two sides. Trouble begins when she steps out of a mental asylum. The film is inspired by a real life incident. We start shooting in mid-April." The shoot was subsequently pushed to August. And now Kareena has opted out because she wasn't happy with the final script, the report stated.
