The diva who is fond of donning the Indian attire while representing the nation on the global stage draped herself in a light-weight Ritu Kumar saree paired with a beautiful lace-patterned blouse adding to its beauty. Not only did she steal all the attention but the design was also widely copied by her female fans who continue to get inspired by the former Miss World. She had shared the stage with the award-winning Lebanese director Ziad Doueiri and jury president and British film director John Boorman who were of course floored by her beauty.

Priyanka Chopra took a break from the shoot of her Hollywood film ‘Baywatch’ and flew from Los Angeles to receive the Padma Shri from the then President Pranab Mukherjee at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi and made the most of it.
